The digital way.

I graduated from Ferris State University in August 2018 with a Bachelors of Science in Television and Digital Media Production. I did a six month internship at DTE Energy. Since then I have freelanced for DTE Energy and Mort Meisner Associates. I am currently a Lead Videographer and Associate Creative Director at Jordan Mac Companies and the Lead Videographer in the Marketing and Communications department at The New Foster Care.

Some of my hobbies are painting, reading, camping, hiking, sports, traveling, animals and finding new music to listen to. I also enjoy learning new techniques for motion graphics in my free time and constantly improving my skills in all areas of production.

I grew up in the city of Ferndale, Michigan, which is also where I went to school. Growing up in such a diverse city really allowed me to be open to so many opportunities and people.

During the program at Ferris State University I learned that I love putting a story together and editing it. I also love the pre-production during the process of creating a story. Just being able to create a story from beginning to end and see the clients get excited over the finished product is priceless. I am also interested in photography, I like to capture things in the moment and being able to remember them for years to come.

While at Ferris I had the opportunity to work on an independent study project with Professor Joshua Pardon. The project allowed me to be a production assistant, lighting assistant, sound assistant and editor. The title of this project was The Poor Farm, which is a documentary film that tells the story of the Eastmanville Poor Farm in Ottawa County, Michigan. Founded in 1866, it was the longest continually operating Poor Farm in the United States, serving its community for over 130 years.
